As part of UEFA Euro 2016, Coke activated their sponsorship to go with a large personalisation campaign.
To win one of 40,000 personalized scarves football, featuring the colors and country design of the 24 teams taking part in the competition, consumers had to buy a bottle of any 500ml Coke product to receive a code which could be checked online.
Winners then selected their country, input their name and waited for the scarf to be delivered.
The promotion resulted in a sales increase of 400% in the first quarter.
